LOW pressure centrifugal fan – Impeller with blades curved forward – Directly coupled motor
BP V=180 ÷ 20.100 m3/h Pt = 15 ÷ 220 kg/m2
Use: for the removal of clean or slightly dusty air.
They have high efficiency and reduced noise level, the fans of this series are largely used, inventilation, conditioning, drying, cooling, mechnical draft, and toxic gas elimination plants.
The temperature of the fluid transported must not exceed 80°C without cooling fan and 150° C with cooling fan. For higher temperatures it is necessary to modify the construction of the fan.

BPR V= 1.320 ÷ 170.000 m3/h Pt = 10÷ 390 kg/m2
Use: for the removal of clean or slightly dusty air.

Use: the high output centrifugal fans of this series are suitable for the suction of clean or plants slightly dusty air in civil and industrial air conditioning.
In particular plants for:
VENTILATION: stables, mines, tunnels.
SUCTION: vitiated air, welding fumes, vapours from solvent tanks and spraying booths
AERATION: storage bins, sheds.
COOLING: plastic materials, cloths, glass sheets.
DRYING: fodder, cereals, papers, varnishes, wood.
ELIMINATION: fumes and toxic gas.
This series is also used where it is necessary to transport air with maximum temperature of 90°C with low pressure. For temperatures of the transported fluid higher than 90°C up to 350°C a small heat stopping fan is splined to the shaft between support and scroll; besides the fan is painted with a special aluminium paint suitable for high temperatures.

Use: for the suction of elevated volumes of clean or slightly dusty air in the civil and industrial conditioning plants.
This series of double suction fans with rotor with reversed curved blades, which therefore has very high outputs, finds a wide use in the suction of vitiated air, solvents steams, danferous gasses; aeration of forages and cereals in the silos and buildings; tiles and ceramics drying, etc.
In all those applications where the transport of air, gasses or fumes at a temperature of 40°C max at low pressure is required. With the use of bearings with clearance C3 it is possible to effect the suction of fluids at a temperature higher than 40°C up to max 80°C.
LOW PRESSURE CENTRIFUGAL FAN IN SHEET STEEL
NB V = 50 ÷ 2.200 m3/h Pt = 21 ÷ 149 kg/m2
Use: for cooling D.C. motors, lamps, extruders, etc., to extract fumes and gasses and in all applications that require the moving of large volumes of channelled air.
Supplied with Unified Series MEC 2 4 poles self-ventilating motor units.
The volutes are constructed of pressed and spot-welded or electrically folded sheet steel.
Clean fluids or fluids containing small particles can be transferred at a max temeperature of 250° C using a special motor application (NB-AT).
